Terms of Sale and Use
These terms apply when you use careagencykit.com or buy a product from it. The site is operated byJasper Group LLC, Henderson, Nevada ("we," "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
Our products are digital document templates and informational guides. When you buy, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates for your own agency's internal business. You may:
- Edit, customize, and print the templates for your own agency.
- Share completed forms with your own clients, staff, and advisors as part of running your agency.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, give away, or publish the templates, whether edited or unedited.
- Include the templates in a product, course, or service that you sell or distribute to others.
- Share your download link or the files with people outside your agency.
2. Not legal advice. No guarantee of licensure.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, HR, or medical advice. No attorney-client or consulting relationship is created. Our templates are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing them, adapting them to your agency, and having a qualified professional review them before use.
Buying our products does not guarantee that a state agency will approve your license application or that you will pass an inspection. We are not affiliated with any state agency. See our disclaimer.
3. Accuracy and "current as of" dates
We build our state information from official sources and show a "current as of" date. Laws and agency procedures change, sometimes without notice. We do not promise that every item is complete or current after that date. Items marked [VERIFY] could not be confirmed from an official source. Always confirm requirements with the licensing agency before you rely on them.
4. Delivery
After payment, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout. Each link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. Please save your files when you download them. If your link expires or the email doesn't arrive, contact us with your order email and we will help.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the site, templates, and guides are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, denied or delayed licenses, fines, or penalties arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date above will change when we do. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
