This policy explains what information careagencykit.com collects and how we use it. The site is operated by Jasper Group LLC, Henderson, Nevada.
What we collect
- Free checklist and waitlist signups: your email address and which list you joined (for example, the Nevada checklist or the Texas waitlist).
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic, and message.
- Purchases: Stripe sends us your email address and order details, such as the product, amount, and date. We use them to deliver your download link and support your order. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles all payment details on its own secure page.
- Download records: when your download link was issued, when it expires, and how many times it has been used.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and the free checklist.
- To answer your messages.
- To email you about the list you joined, for example when a waitlisted kit launches, and to send occasional product updates.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure.
Service providers we use
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend sends our emails and stores our email contact lists.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores our files and order records, and protects the site. As part of that, it may process technical data like IP addresses and request logs.
These companies process data for us under their own privacy and security terms.
What we don't do
- We don't show ads.
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Email unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also contact us and ask to be removed. Order emails, such as your download link, are sent even if you've unsubscribed from marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for support, refunds, and tax and accounting purposes. We keep email list contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We delete contact-form messages when they are no longer needed.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Nevada residents
Nevada law (NRS chapter 603A) gives Nevada consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information. If you'd like to submit a request anyway, use our contact form.
Access and deletion requests
To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, use our contact form. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above.
